Epiq Insurance Agency acquires new clients for industry leading insurance carriers through strategic partnerships and proprietary technology. You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and following-up with customers who have requested a quote for auto insurance. This means there is no cold-calling, enabling you to focus solely on creating an outstanding customer experience in support of our licensed agents.

As a part of our insurance sales team, you will help our customers get the best value for their insurance needs by:

· Building rapport with our customers by understanding and recognizing the customer’s needs

· Providing a customer experience that surprises and delights our customers

· Accurately documenting customer interactions within our proprietary systems

· Applying sales skills and techniques learned through training and coaching to help you exceed sales and performance targets

Requirements Include

  • Sales / Contact Center experience or a recent college graduate
  • Possess above average computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task: working on multiple internet platforms while conversing with a client and navigating our CRM system simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to assertively craft a positive customer experience
  • The ability to pass a background check and a drug test
  • Must reside within driving distance to Solon, OH and be able to perform the essential duties of the role those and others as assigned from time to time

Responsibilities Include

  • Successfully completing our comprehensive sales training which includes product knowledge, salesmanship, and our software systems
  • Drive profit through both inbound and permission based outbound calls by utilizing persuasive communication techniques
  • Consistently perform on a variety of dimensions including exceeding goals and meeting quality assurance requirements
  • Build trust by understanding the unique needs of our customers
