epiq Insurance Agency acquires new clients for industry leading insurance carriers through strategic partnerships and proprietary technology. You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, permission based outbound calls and following-up with customers who have requested a quote for auto insurance. Your job will be to focus solely on creating an outstanding customer experience in support of our licensed agents.

As a part of our insurance sales team, you will help our customers get the best value for their insurance needs by:

· Building rapport with our customers by understanding and recognizing the customer’s needs

· Providing a customer experience that surprises and delights our customers

· Accurately documenting customer interactions within our proprietary systems

· Applying skills and techniques learned through training and coaching to help you exceed performance targets

Requirements Include

  • Contact/Call Center experience or a recent college graduate
  • Possess above average computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task: working on multiple internet platforms while conversing with a client and navigating our CRM system simultaneously
  • The ability to pass a background check and a drug test
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to assertively craft a positive customer experience

Responsibilities Include

  • Successfully completing our comprehensive training which includes product knowledge, communication techniques, and technical software systems
  • Drive profit through both inbound and permission based outbound calls by utilizing persuasive communication techniques
  • Consistently perform on a variety of dimensions including exceeding goals and meeting quality assurance requirements
  • Build trust by understanding the unique needs of our customers
