epiq Insurance Agency acquires new clients for industry leading insurance carriers through strategic partnerships and proprietary technology. This consumer-direct business model generates highly qualified leads, which are then directed to our Insurance Sales Representatives. This means no cold-calling or lead prospecting, enabling you to focus solely on closing sales – while earning competitive, uncapped commissions. We are an independent agency that writes policies in over 40 states and for multiple carriers.

As a part of our insurance sales team, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, taking prospective customers through the sales process, and closing the deal. Best of all, you can do this all from the comfort of your own home and enjoy our 4-day work week! We are 100% remote and provide you with all the computer equipment you need. Our 4-day work week allows you an extra day off during the week to enjoy time with family, run errands, attend appointments, etc. while still receiving full-time pay and being eligible for all benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers by conducting exceptional sales presentation via the phone to warm leads that have been pre-screened and transferred to you- NO COLD CALLING!
  • Gather information from customers, assess their needs and build customized policies
  • Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to create a consultative sale that surpasses the customer’s expectations
  • Provide and capture accurate information to build quality quotations
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products, pricing and policy features available
  • Complete and follow-up with customers to ensure all correspondence and policy requirements are fulfilled and executed


  • Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License Required
  • Preferred experience selling Allstate, Travelers, Safeco, Liberty Mutual, Bristol West, National General and Progressive.
  • Must be broadly licensed in multiple states
  • Possess above average computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task: working on multiple internet platforms while conversing with a client and navigating our CRM system simultaneously
  • Ability to build strong rapport over the phone with strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to assertively recommend appropriate coverage based on your professional qualifications, product knowledge and proven sales techniques
  • Must have a positive attitude, professionalism and a high energy level
  • The ability to pass a background check and be able to perform the essential duties of the role and those others as assigned from time to time
